Yes. We offer free standard shipping with USPS.

Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, you can ship to an APO/FPO. However, economy shipping is the only option that can deliver to these locations.

Please be aware of extended delivery times to APO/FPO addresses

Where does the order ship from?
Orders are processed and shipped out of West Valley City, Utah.

Do you ship internationally?
PKWY currently only ships in the United States at this time.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping email or text with a tracking link. If you set up an account, you can log in to see live order updates.

Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax in California and Utah.

What is the return policy?
You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

In order to be processed, returned items must adhere to the following packaging requirements:
Socks must be unworn and still have the tags attached.

How do I return my order?
Return it to us within 30 days, and we'll give you a full order refund. Please follow the steps below:

To return your items, please re-package the products (including the original packing slip) and ship them to the address below:

Can I exchange my order?
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. We recommend placing a new order with the items you would like and returning the other items.

Can I exchange an order if it was a gift?
Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to process refunds and not exchanges. Upon returning the item/s, the original credit card or PayPal will be refunded and the items can be replaced with a new order.

We are working hard to create a seamless exchange process in the near future.

Can I return items I purchased from a retailer?
We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased at pkwy.com. If you have an issue with the quality of an item, please see Warranty FAQs or reach out to info@pkwy.com.

What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind our product, but due to the nature of socks, they take a lot of punishment and it can be hard to determine how long they have been worn for and for what purposes.

We will replace any items that have been deemed defective, as opposed to wear and tear, within 30 days of purchase. If not ordered online through pkwy.com, a receipt of purchase will be required to verify the purchase date.

How should I wash my socks?
We recommend washing your socks on delicate, inside out, with like colors. We also recommend trying to keep your socks out of the dryer to protect the delicate fibers of the sock. We use premium materials and the heat from the dryer can damage these fibers and prevent the socks from lasting as long as possible.

Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards at this time.

Do you offer discounts?

We currently do not offer any sort of discount at this time.
